Flower Arranging
Learn how to arrange a better bouquet! Join Gather Farm’s Katie Lavigne in the flower field to learn about optimal methods for growing and harvesting cut flowers. Use your blooms back in the greenhouse for a lesson in flower arranging and bouquet making. Bring your final product home in a hand-blown Gather Glass vase! All the materials will be provided. All ages welcome.
In the case of thunderstorms, we will postpone. If it rains, bring a raincoat and boots for flower harvesting. We will arrange in our beautiful event space, ‘Rosemary Fig’ Greenhouse.

Flower Pounding
Stop by Gather Farm for an evening of flower picking and flower pounding! We will provide all the materials. Just bring yourself and any clothes you want to print on! All ages welcome.
Flower pounding, also known as flower hammering, is a natural art technique that enables the transfer of fresh flower colors and patterns onto fabric or paper. Be prepared for mistakes, fun, and a beautiful experience immersed in farm nature.

Drumming + Dancing
Back by popular demand! Drumming & Dancing at Gather Farm with Jim Tull, Brenna Corrigan, and Gather Farm's Wellness Cultivator, Rebecca Foster.
What: Drum circle with free-form dancing. Feel free to drum and/or dance as the spirit moves you!
How much: $5 at the door. More if you have it, less if you don’t.
Who: All are welcome!
Bring: Drums/percussion/other instruments if you have some (if you don't, fear not... we have a bunch). Whatever drumming and/or dancing experience you might have (none works great!). Feel free to bring flow toys (LED yes, fire no) as well.
Dress/shoes: We will be drumming and dancing on the clover in "Rosemary Fig" (our education & wellness high tunnel). The tunnel protects us from rain and wind but please dress in outdoor appropriate clothing. Shoes are optional -- the clover offers relatively flat terrain but it does have the occasional pebble or twig.

Dandelion Dance
Led by Rebecca Foster & Michael Swerdloff
Come dance however you like to warm and spirited music that celebrates the aliveness of spring. There may be occasional invitations for connection or exploration which dancers are welcome to follow or not. No dance experience necessary – just a willingness to move in whatever way is right for you (including stillness) and an openness to letting the dance surprise and delight you.
Please note: This is an alcohol-free, drug-free, chatter-free, gadget-free dance. There will be an opening circle (7:15ish) and a closing circle (8:45ish). Feel free to come early to walk around the farm or linger afterwards to chat in Rosemary Fig's "living room" (or maybe even around a campfire?).
